CTHC’s inter-disciplinary team of dedicated practitioners and staff provide the highest quality of patient care including a diagnostic assessment at the onset of treatment. Diagnostic assessment and treatment of mental illness and addiction is the focus of our mission. Serving individuals of all ages with mental health illness including co-occurring mental health and addiction. Psychiatric evaluation includes medication management, testing for mental health and substance use disorders, individual, family and couples psychotherapy and recovery coaching.
